VNV Nation, the electronic music band from Ireland, is one of the genre's heroes. Their honest lyrics and melodic sounds have created anthems that are enjoyed by partygoers since the time they first released "Advance and Follow" in 1995. Their sound is an industrial blend of electronic and synth-pop, with powerful vocals and thought-provoking lyrics.

This year they bring fans a huge cause for celebration with an 11th creation, "Electric Sun."
The new album, released on April 28, comes after a very long five year wait, and the album is about love, humanity, and the loss of great opportunity. It features 12 stunning tracks that take listeners on a wild ride of emotions and introspection, and with the mood now set, the recording also comes with a brand-new tour, which will see them travel to 23 cities, including two in Canada.
