Well - you know what they say y’all : there’s no party like an NYC party. And that’s why THIS Spring - we’re welcoming you back from the long winter with a bang! Right here when we get oh so hype for Naïka as she takes the stage on our Irving Plaza for her brand new Eclesia Tour, coming through NYC on Thursday, April 9th AND on April 10th over in Brooklyn - which she already sold out, might we mind you. She had to add a pre-party night two to the mix, so here we are! And if you’ve been watching her rise even a little bit, you already know why we’re so hype to see it here and in person. Naïka is a global force, and quite honestly, we’re just excited to be included in the moment. Her first major tour - she’s hitting all the top spots around the world : Paris, Amsterdam, Montreal and even San Francisco. But… you know and I know… there’s no party like a New York City Party. 

So - who even IS Naika?! If you don’t know who she is yet, we absolutely won’t blame you. BUT - now’s your time to get in tune. Born in Miami to a Haitian mother and Malagasy father, and raised all over the world quite honestly - from Guadeloupe to Kenya, Vanuatu to Paris, South Africa to the States 0 she’s lived more cultural lives than most of us could dream of before she even finished high school. She finally moved back to Miami around the time she was sixteen, but the cultural impact stayed - and you can absolutely hear it in her music too. Every song is rich and transcontinental - putting her in the slim category of artists who can truly claim themselves as World Pop, and you can see it in her most famous songs too. She followed up hit singles with her first EPs, Lost in Paradïse Pt. 1 & Pt. 2. Blending English, French, and Haitian Creole into a genre-defiant world of rhythm, memory, and identity. Tracks like “Oh Mama,” “Vultures,” “Ma Chérie,” and “Face the Sun” have become essentials for any fan of globe-spanning pop with heart and bite.

And she hasn’t slowed down yet, even after being crowned the darling of worldwide hits. With millions of streams, viral moments, and a rapidly growing international fanbase, Naïka has toured across the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean: making every place feel like her home, because I mean partially  - they are.
