All the way from France, the Arising Empire-signed band is set to rock the stage across North America this fall. Fresh from the release of their new album, Landmvurks is down to bring their crtically-acclaimed to the global stage. Set to be an international showcase of metalcore energies, they've enlisted an A-list roster of special guests who'll open the nighty, including Thornhill, Silly Goose, and Resolve.

The Darkest Place I've Ever Been

In a painful new album that's been raved to be as one of the best releases of they year in the genre, Landmvrks explores dark places and takes a deep dive into the gruelling realities of life. 

In a feature by Kerrang!, Flo admits that it was a painful album to write, as compared to their flow with their previous releases. Wanting to make something deeper, writing & recording sessions for The Darkest Place I've Ever Been really tested their creativity, skill, and determination to come up with something great. Now, it seems that all their efforst paid off, and they came out stronger than ever. 

"But I think that’s what we needed, to make something different from Lost In The Wave, to make something deeper. I think we had to go through this phase to make a good album, and I'm really proud of it," said Flo.

Filling it up with a ton of emotions, they created a story of a protagonist who falls deeper into a living hell, and transforms to another being. "All the demons that are speaking to you become part of you and so you become that creature, in a way," Rudy explained in the Kerrang! feature.

Taking into heart and reflecting deep in everything they've been through, their pieces have resonated with listeners, often told that their hard-rockin' music helped them overcome their own demons. Sharing how the band's in a "brighter place now," you can expect tons of energy and passion at their live shows. 

What To Expect

With an ambitious album out dominating the metalcore scene, Landmvrks is at an all-time high. Hailed by New Noise Magazine as "the highest synthesis of this band’s expression," the record explored the discomfort and the downward spiral of human life. On stage, you can expect their signature screams and deathcore-esque growls shaking up the energy.
