JULIA WOLF is kicking off a new era of music as she sets up the stage for the PRESSURE WORLD TOUR. Following the immense success of her song “In My Room,” the singer has seen her fanbase multiply, and demand for live concerts soaring through the roof. Her new album “Pressure” packs two soulful singles which received much praise from critics — “Jennifer’s Body” and “Loser.” After feeling the pressure from society, the industry, and with herself, Wolf has taken these life reflections to an introspective record that packs a ton of heart and soul.

THE PRESSURE IS ON

She’s been feeling the pressure. The Long Island-born singer has taken her genre-bending powers to the test as she felt every single bit of emotional strikes that come with expectations. Hence, her new album is literally named “Pressure.” When it seems like she can’t take it anymore, the singer took a deep dive into vulnerability and soul as she finds freedom through it all. 

“It just perfectly sums up the kind of pressure that I’m feeling,” Wolf shared in an official statement about the album’s release. “There’s a little blood, but it’s clear that her suspension is almost a way of feeling better.”

No stranger to vulnerability, it sure is clear why listeners are so drawn to her music that just gets REAL. Singing about life’s harsh pressures, you can feel every emotion striking the soul. As her sophomore LP shares some influences of emo, electronic, and shoegaze, “Pressure is what sets me free.” 

On this album, one thing’s clear: it’s her most personal, most liberating, and a piece of art where she feels most like herself. “I can be a multitude of things if I feel like it. And so, the album just reflects all the different sides of myself that I want to share,” she told Wonderland Magazine.

“I just can’t be the one thing, you know, pressure comes in so many different forms, so I’m just trying to show it all.”

Now, she’s ready to take on the live stage — to meet all of you and just rock out with new music. Just as the success of “In My Room” happened, she’s just out here being her truest self.
