Enanitos Verdes at Irving Plaza

During the ‘90s, Los Enanitos Verdes signed with major label EMI Latin and released one of the biggest albums of their career, titled Big Bang. The effort brought them massive international success and helped them dominate the Latin music scene with hits like “Mehor No Hablemos de Amor,” “Mi Primer Dia Sin Ti,” and many more. In 1998, the band received their first Grammy nomination for Best Latin Rock Album for their effort, Traccion Custica.

Los Enanitos Verdes has released the most celebrated Latin rock music hits of the past four decades. Since emerging in 1979, the band has established themselves as one of Argentina’s most influential rock groups. During the ‘80s, Los Enanitos Verdes released their breakthrough single, “Aun sigo Cantando.” The song was followed by several more quintessential hits like “Tus Viejas Cartas,” “Cada vez que digo adios,” and “La Muralla.” During the late ‘80s, the band’s fame skyrocketed internationally, and they performed three monumental concerts in Argentina and Chile, amassing a total of over 120,000 in attendance.

Over four decades since their emergence, the band remains a celebrated live act across the world. Los Enanitos Verdes continues to dominate the airwaves with their outstanding rock staples and perform in highly coveted concerts worldwide. In 2024, the band will embark on their U.S. tour, which will make stops in several major cities, including New York City.
