Filled with a dip in the pool and a trip to the spa, everyone’s favorite high schoolers are home for the summer and touring all around the globe, Including hitting stages at the Clapham in London, the House of Blues Orlando, Old National Indianapolis, the Summit in Denver, Emo’s in Austin, Salt Lake City, The Observatory in San Diego,the Vibrant Music Hall in Des Moines, oh! and of course - right here at Irving Plaza for all of us here, 

High School Musical, since its release in 2006, has been a global phenomena ever since it first hit our screens at home. Detailing the life of two high schoolers who meet on a ski trip while doing karaoke, the story ends up rolling into a massive journey of self identity and growing up in every chapter of the three part movie series. High School Musical is the 21st century Grease - and with a devoted audience that still has all Wildcats dancing like there’s no tomorrow - we’re ready for the I Don’t Dance accusations - we say you can! And we know we’ll have the best night ever right here at Irving Plaza. 

The High School Musical franchise premiered with a splash - 7.7 million worldwide viewers on the debut on Disney Channel, and as of 2020 - there had been over 300 million unique watches worldwide of the movie. The film’s soundtrack has also had considerable success - reaching the top of the Billboard 200, and with Breaking Free reaching number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. So,basically - we’re absolutely DYING to see these songs live, and we know you are too!
