He released his new album, 'You Only Die 1nce,' in 2024, and that collection of mid-western rap and lyrical focused tracks will play at The Fillmore. The downtown venue, which has a 1,200 seat capacity, is very much a laid-back and comfortable space for live concerts.

Freddie Gibbs, born Fredrick Jamel Tipton in Gary, Indiana, is a real Midwestern hip-hop artist who is incredibly talented in his lyrical delivery, technically gifted, and offers a raw, street-wise storytelling ability in his narrative-driven songs. Gibbs will perform selected works from his more critically acclaimed collaborations with acclaimed producers Madlib and The Alchemist as well as from his most current music including You Only Die 1nce (2024) and Alfredo 2 with The Alchemist (2025).
Irving Plaza is a long lived ballroom-style venue with beautiful wooden floors and crystal chandeliers at 17 Irving Place in Manhattan's Union Square. The entertainment venue seats about 1,200 and the main floor holds about 750 for general admission standing room.
