Irving Plaza
New York, if you like it a bit more complex, intricate, passionate, and raw, this one is for you!
These guys are one of the most technically proficient bands around, and when they go hard, they go real hard. They are post-hardcore juggernauts, and if you thought their studio material was nothing but sublime, you should see them live. If you had high expectations, up it a notch, because they smash any and all expectations to smithereens.
So New York, you should be ‘rolling out the red carpet’, because Californian post-hardcore-meets-math-rock icons Hail The Sun are coming to the Irving Plaza on 20 April 2026 with their ‘Cut. Tour. Fade. Back.’ tour alongside special guests Foxy Shazam, Makari, and Resilia!
Tickets are going from as low as $56 a pop, and at the rate they are selling, the Irving Plaza will be packed to the rafters soon. Head on over to the ‘Get Tickets’ link now to get your hands on your premier spots to one of the biggest must-see events of 2026!
Californian post-hardcore outfit Hail The Sun just dropped their seventh studio album cut. turn. fade. back. in October 2025 - and if you know anything about them, you’d know that one of their biggest driving forces is to evoke thought and self-reflection with their fans, and pretty much everyone else that would listen. The album deals with the cyclical nature of life and death, and from the expansive sounds of There’s No Place In Heaven For Fakes and Insensitive Tempo and the sharp lilt of The Drooling Class to the chaotic intensity of War Crimes, the listener is battered with depth, thrill, and impressive musicianship - pretty much on par with what they have been delivering since their debut album POW! Right In The Kisser! dropped in 2010, and then some.
It is just fitting that Hail The Sun will be hitting the road this spring in support of the new album, bringing their signature passion, explosive atmosphere, and wildly impressive musicianship to audiences across North America. The cut. tour. fade. back. tour is kicking off in early April 2026 in San Diego, California, rolling into Buffalo, Omaha, and Salt Lake City among others before wrapping up in early May 2026 in Bakersfield, California.
Hail The Sun is especially known for their unwavering commitment to their art. They never shy away from heavier topics and their drive to inspire their listeners to reflect. Apart from this, these guys are massively impressive - from their mind-blowing technical skill to frontman Donovan Melero’s ability to deliver powerhouse vocals and intricate drum-patterns at the same time; from complex tempo-shifts to even more complicated melodies; from the thrill of their unparalleled performance to the unique sounds they deliver.
Hail The Sun will be joined on tour by rock icons Foxy Shazam, best known for smashers such as Killin’ It and Welcome to the Church of Rock and Roll; the guys behind maxi-single Knives Knives Knives, Orlando-based rock band Makari; and post-hardcore band Resilia, known for face-melters such as Gambit and Royal Flush.
