The Crucible of Life Fall Tour 2025

Come on down and get ready to rock and party it all out as THE HOME TEAM celebrates pop-tastic music in a series of shows this fall. The 22-date trek will see the band headlining venues across the country as they perform their big hits, fan favorites, and new music. The tour comes fresh after they released the deluxe version of “The Crucible Of Life”. So get ready for a sick setlist with new music and throwback tunes as the team brings it on. Across the tour, they will be supported by Arrows in Action and Makari.

ABOUT THE HOME TEAM

Hailing from Seattle, The Home Team is made up of Brian Butcher, John Baran, Ryne Olson, and Daniel Matson. While guitarist Baran and drummer Matson played in hardcore and metal bands, the duo wrote pop-punk songs on the side. Following the split of their respective bands, they decided to form one of their own. In 2014, they released their first EP “Black Sheep.” Gaining traction, the band kept performing and took their efforts to writing, releasing their debut studio album “Better Off” in 2018. The record was met with positive reviews, solidifying their place in the pop-punk circuit.

Their third album “The Crucible of Life” was released in July 2024, produced by Skyler Acord and Ty Acord. Hailed as a ‘glorious return’ by Kerrang, it’s a record that best serves the energy they’re known for. 

“The Crucible Of Life brings the risqué lyricism of Deftones into the world of springy pop-rock. It’s just as empowering as it is swaggering with attitude, and offers a sizzling distraction from the negativity of the outside world for great summer listening,” wrote Rachel Roberts of Kerrang in an album review.

Last June 2025, the band released a deluxe version of the album, featuring an extended version of “All Squeezed Out,” plus three new songs. Known for their style of “heavy pop,” the band is praised for their vibrancy and seductive notes across their songs. Heavily influenced by their pop-punk and heavy metal roots, The Home Team also incorporates notes from various genres including funk, hip hop, R&B, and J-Rock.
