The lengthy North American, Hobo Johnson Drinks Tour 2024 kicks off in June in San Diego and staggers across the nation into August, pouring one out in cities like Dallas, Atlanta, Orlando, New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco, plus a few cold ones in Toronto and Vancouver. Hobo Johnson and his bandmates, The Lovemakers, will continue playing songs from Hobo's last album, Hobo Johnson Alienates His Fanbase, from back in 2021.

It has been a weird few years for Johnson and his bandmates. Back in 2022, he cancelled a bunch of shows and even went as far as to break up from the band, citing that he would rather focus on school, over music. However, by late 2023, he has back 'in love' with the band, and they toured Australia in October, then flew out to the U.K. for an early January 2024 tour.

From Sacramento, California, Hobo Johnson, whose real name Frank Lopes, has so far released 5 studio albums, the latest, Hobo Johnson Alienates His Fanbase, is from 2021. It followed another album from 2021, The Revenge of Hobo Johnson, and one from 2019, The Fall of Hobo Johnson, which reached number 99 on the Billboard 200 and features an appearance by Elohim on the track "Uglykid." Finally, his most popular song, "Peach Scone" which got huge attention after it was performed on NPR's Tiny Desk, is from their album, The Rise of Hobo Johnson, from 2018, and charted at number 11 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart.

His rapper name, Hobo Johnson, comes from when he was kicked out of his home at 19 and was living in his car, initially his stage name was going to be, Homeless Johnson, but he changed it to the more fitting Hobo we know now. The rest of the band, The Lovemakers, are Derek Lynch on guitar, Jordan Moore and Jmsey on guitar and keys, David Baez-Lopez on bass, and drummer Ben Lerch.

Remo Drive started life as a DIY emo/pop-punk band from Bloomington, Minnesota, now, ten years later, they've grown into a rich indie-pop/alternative rock band led by brothers Erik and Stephen Paulson
